Position: Operations & Wellbeing Manager

We are PrivacyTeam! Israel’s leading privacy and data protection consultancy.

What do we do?

We advise startups, growth companies, tech unicorns and leading enterprises from a variety of industries on privacy and data protection. We help them deal with regulatory challenges, serve as their Data Protection Officer, create operational processes and solutions for them, manage their privacy documentation, conduct employee and management training, support them in relationships with their customers, vendors and users, and help them protect the privacy of us all.

What will you do?

The Operations & Wellbeing Manager will:


  • Manage day to day office and wellbeing activities, maintaining a positive atmosphere and inspiring fun, keeping the office a place where people love to be, and our team something people love to belong to.

  • Support and contribute to our employee personal development and ongoing education plans.

  • Initiate and own great moments and activities like happy hours, offsites, team gatherings, holiday and WIN celebrations, volunteering opportunities, webinars, meetups and more. You'll ensure a seamless experience by managing the budget, finding the best vendors and venues, creating new swag and bringing creative concepts.

  • Strengthen our employer brand presence and employees’ personal brands through external channels.

  • Support employee recruitment and onboarding experiences.

  • Be responsible for running the office’s everyday life in all its aspects – orders, kitchen suppliers, office supplies and décor, relationships with vendors, recycling, etc.


Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Office Manager, Operations, Wellbeing, or Internal Branding Manager in a fast paced (startup) environment, and exceptional organizational planning and time management capabilities.

  • Absolutely proficient in English and Hebrew, with a talent for concise and accurate writing (without syntax errors or grammar mistakes), and the ability to hold long conversations in both languages - with team members, clients and foreign partners?

Our office is located in the Alon Towers in Tel Aviv - within walking distance to the HaShalom train station and other major transportation routes. Most of our clients are in the Merkaz area, but there is a great deal of flexibility to meet our team members’ needs - in the scope of the job, in the location (you can partially work from home and from time to time even abroad) and sometimes even hours.
